Kevin Hart Asks Judge To Shut Down $1 Million Legal Battle

Kevin Hart has requested that a judge dismiss his ex-business partner’s $1 million lawsuit.
The actor and comedian has asked for the motion brought by his former partners, iGo Marketing & Entertainment, to be shut down.
According to legal documentation, seen by unCrazed, Kevin believes the original $701, 593.73 was an accurate calculation by the court after iGo Marketing & Entertainment were awarded the full amount — to which the company demanded it to be increased to $952,793.54 stating the judge miscalculated the damages.
The court documents read, “The entire premise of the plaintiff’s argument is false and specious.”
The judge is yet to rule on the new development.
