Kevin Hart Sued For Assault & Battery After His Security Allegedly Injured Woman

Kevin Hart is at the centre of a lawsuit after a woman claimed she was “violently” struck by a member of his security team.

According to legal documentation, seen by unCrazed, Carmen Marrero, the woman accusing Kevin‘s security guard of assault, is suing Kevin, an unknown security guard and Hartbeat Productions.

She says that on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in New York, Kevin was exiting a building when Carmen happened to walk past as a group of fans surrounded him.

His security then allegedly “violently contacted” her as she passed by, leading her to suffer “serious injuries” and is now seeking unspecified damages.
