Kim Kardashian Thanks Kanye West At PCA’s

Kim Kardashian received the Fashion Icon Award at the PCA’s. 

The 41-year-old fashion mogul was officially recognised for her influence on the fashion industry at the People’s Choice Awards.

She received her award from last year’s winner, Tracee Ellis Ross.

“To receive the award from the fashion icon herself,” Kardashian began, “I am so honoured. Thank you.”

Kim reflects on humble beginnings starting off as a “closet organiser and stylist” before noting that winning the award is a “pinch me moment.”

Her acceptance speech then, surprisingly, thanks ex-husband Kanye West.

“To Kanye,” she says, “for really introducing me to the fashion world.”

“I fell in love with fashion and I’m so inspired by so may people but again, this is like a dream that I get to wake up and wear these amazing clothes and try new things and take a risk. I’m so humbled.”
