Kim Kardashian Urges Governor To Reduce Truck Driver’s 110-Year Sentence
Kim Kardashian has joined millions in calls for truck driver Rogel Aguilera-Mederos sentence to be reduced.
Aguilera-Mederos was sentenced to 110-years in prison in 2019 after his truck ploughed into a line of vehicles stuck in traffic near Denver, Colorado, killing four people.
Investigations found that the brakes on Mederos semi-truck had failed preventing him from coming to a stop.
Taking to her Twitter, Kim shared details about the case and urged the Governor of Colorado “to do the right thing.”
“Colorado law really has to be changed and this is so unfair. @GovofCO is a really good person and I know he will do the right thing,” she wrote.
