Las Vegas Raiders Release Henry Ruggs III After Fatal Car Crash

NFL Player Henry Ruggs III has been released by the Las Vegas Raiders following his involvement in a fatal car crash on Tuesday.
The Las Vegas Raiders have announced that they have released Henry Ruggs III, after he was involved in car crash on Tuesday night, which led to the death of a 23-year-old woman.

According to TMZ, police arrested Ruggs in Las Vegas last night after he had crashed his Chevrolet Corvette into a Toyota Rav4, causing it to burst in flames.
Sadly the driver of the Toyota Rav4 died at the scene, while Ruggs girlfriend Kiara Washington, who was a passenger in his car at the time, suffered serious injuries.
The NFL have also released a statement on Ruggs incident saying: “Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the victim of this horrific tragedy.”
Ruggs is due to appear in court later today, on two charges of DUI w/ serious bodily harm and reckless driving w/ death or serious bodily harm.
