Las Vegas To Host Saturday Night F1 Race In 2023

Las Vegas is the latest U.S. city to host a Formula One race as part of a new event on the championship calendar, joining Austin and Miami.
The event will be hosted on a Saturday night in November 2023, with Grand Prix events scheduled for Sundays.
With a circuit of 3.8 miles, cars will pass the likes of Caesars Palace, Bellagio Fountain and Mandalay Bay.
It will be the third race hosted in the U.S. following this years first-ever Miami Grand Prix, as well as the U.S. Grand Prix hosted in Austin that has been present since 2012.
“This is an incredible moment for Formula One that demonstrates the huge appeal and growth of our sport with a third race in the US,” F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali said.
“Las Vegas is a destination known around the world for its excitement, hospitality, thrills, and of course, the famous Strip. There is no better place for Formula 1 to race than in the global entertainment capital of the world and we cannot wait to be here next year.”
The exact date of the showcase is yet to be confirmed.
