Liam Hemsworth Keeping Level Headed After Miley Cyrus Divorce

Liam Hemsworth has revealed the “last six months” has been about keeping a level head.

The 30-year-old Hunger Games star divorced from Miley Cyrus a year after tying the knot; the pair we’re on and off throughout a ten-year span.

Hemsworth explains the last six months have seen him “rebuilding” his life, saying, “Yeah, that’s a good way to put it. This last six months, honestly, for keeping my head level and just staying balanced, I’d say exercise has been big for me,”

Men’s Health Australia asked the actor about his recent project with Quibi, a new short-series streaming platform. Liam stars in the new thriller Most Dangerous Game, and he detailed the project saying, “I spent most of the project running around the streets and getting beaten up as well.

But it was a great thing ’cause it just kept me moving. I was doing like, 10 [kilometres] a day or something at one point, which I’ve never done in my life.”
