Netflix’s Sex Education, ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy (Outstanding Drama Series), The Sex Lives of College Girls (Outstanding New TV Series), and Yellowjackets (Outstanding New TV Series) are also among the nominations for standout television shows across 2021.
Horror trilogy, Fear Street, finds itself nominated for Outstanding TV movie; while Plan B, Shiva Baby, tick, tick… BOOM!, and The Mitchells vs. the Machines are all recognised as considerable contributions to 2021 movie releases.
Off-screen, it has been an equally big year for queer musicians.
