Lucy Hale is responding to the backlash of a Pretty Little Liars reboot, courtesy of HBO Max.

The 31-year-old actress, who starred in the original series from 2010 to 2017, has spoken out about the upcoming reboot that is set to land on HBO Max.

During an interview with Us Weekly, she said, “I sincerely wish everyone the best and I hope it’s a huge success. Some people get angry about a reboot, but I think it’s important to be supportive of up-and-coming artists. I’m curious to see what they do with it!”
