Luke Walton Sexual Assault Accuser Drops Lawsuit
Luke Walton was accused of sexual assault by a woman claiming he rubbed his erect penis on her leg.
The allegation was made by Kelli Tennant who claimed Walton sexually assaulted her in 2017 in a Santa Monica hotel room.
In her lawsuit, she alleged that the 39-year-old forced himself on her and rubbed his erection on her leg as he groped her breasts and groin as he kissed her face, chest and neck.
She furthered that she was “in shock and fear … [Tennant] was afraid she was about to be raped,” — the former NBA coach denied any wrongdoing.
The 31-year-old filed new legal documentation that requests a judge to dismiss the lawsuit — going as far to dismiss it with prejudice.
It is unclear if a settlement was made between Luke and Kelli outside of court.
