Meghan Trainor Reveals Newborn Son Riley Had ‘Breathing Issues’

Meghan Trainor has revealed that her son Riley suffered from breathing complications after birth in a “terrifying” health scare.

In an interview with Today on Wednesday, the 27-year-old singer shared details on the challenges son Riley faced when he joined the world.

Riley, who is now 3 months old, immediately had breathing complications after birth Meghan said.

“He didn’t make noise when he came out. I was like, ‘Why isn’t he crying?’ Then they told me he was having breathing issues. It was terrifying.”

Riley, spent five days in the neonatal intensive care unit where he required a feeding tube. Meghan’s son Riley is now at home and healthy.

“We had a rocky start… but thanks to the amazing nurses, doctors, and paediatricians, Riley is a perfect, healthy and happy baby,” Meghan captioned in a TikTok.
