Michael Madsen Arrested For DUI

Michael Madsen has been arrested after crashing his Land Rover in Malibu.

The Kill Bill actor was arrested on Sunday around 8 pm after his car hit a pole. According to law enforcement sources, L.A. Country Sheriff’s Department officers arrived at the scene and suspected alcohol played a part in the single-vehicle crash.

We understand that Michael‘s blood alcohol concentration was .10 — the legal limit is .08 — this led him to be arrested for misdemeanour driving under the influence.

In 2012, he was also arrested for DUI, in Malibu, to which he went into rehab for 30-days and was ordered by a judge to get outpatient treatment.

His bail for Sunday’s arrest has been set at $15,000.
