Niecy Nash Divorcing Husband Jay Tucker After 8 Years Of Marriage
Niecy Nash has filed for divorce from her husband Jay Tucker.
According to reports, she filed for divorce on Thursday in Los Angeles, almost 3 months after calling it quits.
In October, in a statement on social media, the Claws star wrote, “We believe in the beauty of truth. Always have. Our truth is that in this season of our lives, we are better friends than partners in marriage.
Our union was such a gorgeous ride. And as we go our separate ways now, we feel fortunate for the love we share — present tense. Thank you all out there for your support of us as a couple over the last eight years. We are grateful.”
Sources connected to the exes are saying Jay wasn’t best pleased by sex scenes that Niecy was filming for Claws, and it began causing a rift in their already distant relationship.
Nash and Tucker tied the knot in 2011 and share no children together — Niecy has 3 children with her ex-husband, Don Nash.
