Opinion: ‘Halloween Kills’ Premiere Is A Costume Party
At the premier of the latest addition in the Halloween film series, Halloween Kills, stars had an alternative take on the red carpet.
Rather than the usual gowns and suits, they made it into a costume party.
Here’s a list of our favourite outfits from the night:
Jamie Lee Curtis, aka Laurie Strode, chose to pay tribute to her mum Janet Leigh in legendary horror film Psycho.
Kylie Richards started alongside Curtis in the original 1978 Halloween, as towns person Lindsey Wallace. She has reprised her role in the recent film. She dressed as a Las Vegas show girl for the premier.
She poses alongside Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast mates Teddi Mellencamp, Dorit Kemsley, Lisa Rinna and sister Kathy Hilton.
Russian actress Eugenia Kuzmina wore a satin red gown from AG Fashion Club and pays homage to the Tears of Rain monologue from the final scene of Blade Runner.
4. Judy Greer
Greer plays Karen Strode. Her character was first seen in the 2018 Halloween and she quickly became a much loved character.
She wore a suit, and said her and Curtis “KILLED it with the looks for last night’s premiere costume party & private screening, too ?”
Halloween Kills is in cinemas the 15th October.
