Phoenix Suns Chris Paul Potentially Sidelined Ahead Of Finals

Chris Paul has entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols sources tell The Athletic. 

Paul has been one of the players that has helped Phoenix Suns reach the Western Conference finals. The Suns reached the finals after beating LA Lakers 4-2 and then beating Denver Nuggets 4-0, in a best of seven series.

Paul is now due to be sidelined and it is unclear how long the player will be out for. This could depend on if the player has been vaccinated against Covid-19. Reports say that if the player has been vaccinated, “an isolation period could be shorter” The Athletic reports. 

This news comes after the player was announced as being part of the 2020/21 All-NBA Second Team.
