‘Playmate’ Ashley Mattingly Has Died At 33 After Taking Her Own Life On Wednesday In Austin, Texas

Former Playboy’s Miss March and Playmate Ashley Mattingly has died after committing suicide.

Mattingly sadly took her own life at her Austin, Texas home on Wednesday, leaving behind a suicide note that has been filed as part of a routine law enforcement investigation.

She was found unresponsive on Friday after law enforcement received a call from a friend asking for a welfare check. According to TMZ.com, Ashley has been struggling with substance abuse and has tried ridding her addiction on multiple occasions.
