Priyanka Chopra Jonas has announced on her Instagram page she will be the new Chairperson of The Jio Mami Film Festival.
Priyanka posted a video on her Instagram page and made the announcement to her fans:
‘We’re reimagining the festival with a new creative vision that is attuned to the radical changes the world has witnessed in the last two years. I’m very excited about this new chapter for the festival as well as for me’

The Indian films that did not have the chance to be watched because of the cancellation of the festival last year will be shown.
The festival will take place between October 2021- March 2022.
