Roger Federer Planning Future Following Wimbledon Loss

After suffering a defeat to Hubert Hurkacz in straight sets, questions have now been asked if it will be the last time Roger Federer sets foot on the tennis court. 

When questioned about if he will return at Wimbledon, the 20 time grand slam singles champion said, “I really don’t know. I need to regroup.” He went on to add that he will “Take a few days” but said that at his age, “you’re never sure what’s around the corner.” 

Taking everything into consideration he says that he doesn’t want to feel rushed as he will “talk to the team, take time” as he works out what “decision to take.”

Federer admits that his preferred outcome would be to continue playing.
