Rupert Grint Appreciates Midwife’s ‘Gryffindor Behaviour’ After Saying He Will Be A Father

Rupert Grint has shared his thoughts on a very defeated healthcare system during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recently, the 31-year-old Harry Potter star was told he and Georgia Groome, his longtime girlfriend, will be parents for the first time.

During an appearance on the One World Together at Home on Sunday, Grint wanted to show his support and appreciate for Sam Halliwell, a midwife working on the frontline at Birmingham Women’s Hospital in the United Kingdom.

He told Halliwell via video call, “hearing your story is just insane, the sacrifices that you make is truly inspiring. It’s very Gryffindor behaviour. Thank you so much.”
