Selena Gomez Shares Her Fitness Routine
Actress and Founder of Rare Beauty, Selena Gomez shares a video of her workout routine to her 28 million followers on TikTok.
Gomez took to TikTok to show her fans how she maintains her stunning figure, captioning the video with “Feeling great…but also [grinning emoji with drop of sweat]”
In the video, the 28-year-old singer and actress, is seen working out with her friend. The routine consisted of a combination of donkey kicks, leg raises, and overhead dumbbell presses.
Selena previously stated “I don’t love working out, but I find myself going on YouTube and doing workout videos”
When it comes to her routine, Selena likes to switch things up in order to keep things fun.
Amy Rosoff Davis is the stars personal trainer and said that “I’ve always believed the best way to keep your muscles active is to mix it up”.
In addition to her gym routine Gomez also goes on hikes with friends, where they’ll break to do circuit training, arm dancing, and side chasses up hills, she also spends some days relaxing with some yoga time and stretches.
