Shanna Moakler has been granted an emergency protective order following the arrest of Matthew Rondeau.

According to Us Weekly, the former Miss USA was issued the protective order after Rondeau was charged with felony domestic violence against Moakler on Thursday (February 24).

Rondeau’s arrest followed an expletive-laden rant on Instagram, in which he accused Moakler of cheating on him and alleged that she still had feelings for her ex-husband Travis Barker.

The report obtained by Us details the alleged violent assault which Moakler endured at the hands of her on-again-off-again boyfriend. It described how Rondeau “grabbed [Moakler] by the hair, [swinging] her by hair on the ground” and “grabbed [her] face and neck, threw chair at victim and urinated on [her], leaving visible injuries.”

The report also notes that firearms were seized on the scene.

Moakler has not filed her own restraining order, with the emergency order only valid until March 3.

Under the current terms Rondeau cannot “harass, attack, strike, threaten, [or] assault” the 46-year-old model, nor contact her “by any means”. In addition, Rondeau must remain 100 yards away from Moakler at all times and move out of their residence.
