‘South Park’ Season 25 Release Date Confirmed

Season 25 of South Park gets a February release date on Comedy Central.

The iconic animated series created by Matt Stone and Trey Parker has run since 1997. Its last 10 episode season made its debut in 2019, though season 24 consisted of two special episodes in 2020 and 2021.

A further five seasons are already confirmed to be in the works after a new deal struck between Stone, Parker and ViacomCBS. The deal also includes the production of fourteen original films based on the show.

Announcing the news via Twitter, South Park revealed that it would return to Comedy Central for its 25th season on February 2.

Last year two new films were released hailing from the series. The first, South Park: Post Covid, was released in November, whilst the second, South Park: Post Covid: The Return Of Covid, debuted in December.
