‘Star Trek: Picard’ Confirmed For Third Season

Star Trek: Picard‘ will get a third season it is officially confirmed during Star Trek Day.

The show is currently awaiting the arrival of its second season on Paramount+ in February 2022.

News of the show’s renewal was announced by Sir Patrick Stewart, alongside the release of a new season 2 trailer.

In the new trailer, Picard is thrust into a totalitarian future with the snap of a godlike being’s fingers, known as Q. He and his crew then begin a race to set things right – travelling to 21st Century Los Angeles to find whatever went wrong.

Returning castmates include titular star Stewart, alongside Alison Pill, Isa Brones, Evan Evagora, Michelle Hurd, Jeri Ryan and Santiago Cabrera. New faces include John de Lancie as Q and Whoopi Goldberg as Guinan.
