The Weeknd Reveals New Album Is In the Works Before His Next Tour

The Weeknd has been teasing that he’s planning on releasing new music before his world tour begins next year

The Weeknd had a busy year last year due to his fourth album ‘After Hours‘, with a world tour set to begin in 2021, and instead of resting up the singer revealed that he is going to drop new music ahead of the tour.

On Tuesday July 13 the ‘Save Your Tears‘ singer Tweeted: “we gettin’ there”, “really proud of this one. wow…”, “messaging it now, being sweet to it. giving it some tlc…”, “just so there’s no confusion, it’s a full body of work…”, and finally, “the tour is gonna be MADNESS”.

In the string of Tweets, The Weeknd confirmed that his latest music project could arrive before his After Hours tour.

The Weeknd first started teasing the news of his latest work back in April with another string of Twitter posts that read: “Made so much magic in the small quarantined room”, “nothing’s ever random…now just piecing it all together…it’s so beautiful.”
