Tom Cruise Wanted To Land His Helicopter In James Corden’s Garden

James Corden has revealed that Tom Cruise asked him if he could land his helicopter in his “yard”.

In a recent episode of his ongoing series The Late Late Show, Corden revealed that Cruise, who has been working on ‘Mission: Impossible 7’, sent him a text message to ask if they could meet up.

“This summer, me and Tom Cruise were texting about meeting up in London,” Corden said.

“He sent me a text saying, ‘Whereabouts are you staying?’ And I said, ‘I’m staying in St. Johns Wood,’ which is pretty central in London. He said, ‘Cool, can I land my helicopter there?’ And I just presumed he was joking.” Corden added.

However, Cruise adamant, that he was serious replied: “We are going to make that happen. Can I land my heli in your yard? T.”

Corden, also proved that exchange of text messages between him and cruise where genuine by holding his phone up to the camera so everyone could see the messages.

The conversation between the pair happened around the same time Cruise surprised a family in Warwickshire by landing his helicopter in their garden.
