UFC Champion Francis Ngannou Impressed With Jake Paul’s Boxing

UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou says he’s impressed with Jake Paul’s boxing after the YouTuber knocked out Tyron Woodley in Saturdays’ rematch fight. 

In an exclusive interview with TMZ, Ngannou said he was surprised that Paul had won his rematch fight against Woodley as he was certain the 39-year-old boxer would be more prepared this time round.

“I was impressed by Jake Paul. I didn’t see that coming. I was sure that Tyron Woodley was gonna win this fight, you know? But you gotta give it to Jake Paul,” Ngannou said.

“He made a statement — a huge statement and he proved that he puts his money where his mouth is. [Jake’s] taking himself very seriously. You better take him seriously because he proved it,” he added.

Paul managed to knockout Woodley in the 6th round of their highly anticipated rematch on Saturday, after landing a huge punch that flatlined the boxer.
