Vince Vaughn Pleads No Contest In DUI Charge

After nearly a year since his arrest, Vince Vaughn pleaded no contest in his DUI charge.

He was sentenced to summary probation for three years, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement, after he was arrested in Manhattan Beach, California in June 2018.

Vince has been ordered to complete a three-month alcohol program and pay an unspecified amount of fines; whilst on probation, he is unable to refuse a preliminary alcohol screening test.

In a stern measure by the court, Vince has been warned that is he kills a person whilst under the influence, he could be charged with murder. His attorney entered a plea on his behalf — if he was convicted as charged in September, the 49-year-old actor could have faced up to 360 days in county jail.
