Wife Of Anthony Anderson Files For Divorce

Anthony Anderson’s wife, Alvina, has filed for divorce after more than twenty-two years of marriage.

According to The Blast, Alvina filed legal paperwork at a court in Los Angeles on Friday (March 25), citing “irreconcilable differences” as a reason for divorce.

Listing the date of separation as “TBD”, Alvina has requested that she receives spousal support, in addition to Anderson covering her legal fees.

“All gifts and inheritance, all assets, earnings, accumulations, and debts acquired by Petitioner prior to the date of marriage and after the date of separation, the exact nature and extent of which are unknown,” noted the filing.

Alvina previously filed for divorce from the Black-ish star in 2015, however, the couple later reconciled and the petition was withdrawn.

Meeting back in high school, the pair have been married since 1999 and share two children together – 26-year-old Kyra and 22-year-old Nathan.

In her previous divorce filing, Alvina applied for joint custody of their then-underage kids, as well as primary physical custody of their son.
