Zac Stacy Facing Five Charges In New Domestic Violence Case

Former NFL player Zac Stacy is facing five charges in relation to an alleged domestic attack against his ex-girlfriend, Kristin Evans.

TMZ previously obtained footage from an incident on November 13, which appeared to show Stacy viciously attacking Evans in front of the pair’s 5-month-old son.

Stacy later told police that the assault was “staged” by Evans in an attempt to “get money” from him. Evans denied his allegation, stating: “I don’t know how you can stage getting your ass beat. This is what abusers do. They make you seem like you’re the crazy one and that they’re the victim.”

Now, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, Stacy is facing five charges in relation to a separate domestic incident on August 16, 2021. Among the charges are three counts of misdemeanour domestic violence and battery, as well as two counts of misdemeanour criminal mischief.

Though no further details were provided on the alleged assault, Evans previously claimed in her restraining order petition that Stacy had attacked her over rent money in August.

Stacy will attend a hearing for the new charges next month, with a May court date set for the assault in November.
