Zayn Malik Reportedly Dropped By His Record Label

Zayn Malik has reportedly been dropped by his record label following allegations he assaulted Gigi Hadid’s mother Yolanda last week.

According to The Sun, a source has confirmed that Malik was dropped by his record label RCA Records “a while ago” due to him being almost “impossible to control”.

“He’s not with RCA any more. He’s reached the end of the line with them, just as with so many other people before now — managers, agents, label executives,” the source said.

“So many people who have worked with him have just given up. Loads of people believed he had potential. He’s a talent with good looks and lots of fans. But he’s just too much. He’s almost impossible to control or guide. A while ago his label quietly decided it was the end of the line for their relationship,” they added.

Last week, Gigi Hadid’s mother Yolanda accused Zayn of “striking” her during an argument that took place at his and Gigi’s home.

TMZ later reported that Yolanda had brought charges of harassment against Zayn and that the singer had plead ‘no contest’ to the charges. Read more about this story here.
