Aaron Carter lost the rights to carry firearms in a court hearing.

The 31-year-old was at a hearing for a restraining order against him by his twin sister, Angel Conrad.

Conrad has convinced a judge to put a restraining order in place that prohibits the singer from making contact with her or her family for the next 12 months.

The judge that granted the restraining order went further to say that Aaron is too dangerous to have possession of firearms, and is forcing him to surrender any guns in his home.

Once the judge ruled that Carter must surrender his guns, the Candy singer erupted by screaming at the judge and claims he would just leave the state and purchase more guns.

In September, Angel filed documentation in Los Angeles for a domestic violence restraining order, claiming that Carter suggested he would send hitmen after her, allegedly stating during a phone call conversation, “I have people that would come and harm you.”

Nick Carter of Backstreet Boys, Aaron’s brother, also filed a restraining order against him, claiming that the singer had “thoughts of killing babies” — another alleged conversation that took place during a FaceTime call with Angel.

The judge was forced to order Aaron to sit down in court after he threatened to leave. A note to make in this case is if Aaron doesn’t surrender his firearms, the judge could hold him in contempt and put in jail.
