Alex Trebek Diagnosed With Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer

Jeopardy! host, Alex Trebek, has announced he has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. 

In a video message uploaded on the official Jeopardy! YouTube channel, Alex explains that just like “50,000” other U.S. citizens a year, he has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

In a brave announcement, he explains that during his battle with the disease he aims to continue hosting the show and even jokes that he has no choice but to beat the low-survival rate due to him needing to serve the remainder of his three-year contract.
