BLACKPINK’s Lisa Teases Solo Debut With Cryptic Social Media Posts

BLACKPINK’s Lisa has shared new images which appear to be from behind the scenes of her upcoming solo debut release. 

The singer posted two photos onto her Instagram Story July 25, which show her working in a recording studio most likely on her upcoming solo debut.

In the first image shared by Lisa, two people can be seen hunched over a computer screen working on what appears to be a new track. Both of the people in the image are wearing t-shirts with the words The Black Label on the back.

The Black Label is a subsidiary of BLACKPINK’s agency YG entertainment. The t-shirt’s suggest that Lisa’s solo debut track may be produced by someone from the subsidiary label.

The second image shared by Lisa is a close up of two sounds waves on a computer screen with the caption “What’s my name?”.

It’s possible that the caption “What’s my name?” is a hint at the title name for her debut track.

Earlier this month, YG Entertainment announced that Lisa would be making her solo debut sometime later this summer. The agency also said that they will be releasing more details over the coming weeks.
