Bridget Regan Cast As Poison Ivy In ‘Batwoman’ TV Series

The CW’s superhero series ‘Batwoman’ is adding yet another villain, with the cast of ‘Agent Carter’ actor Bridget Regan as Poison Ivy.

The star will be joining the cast of the TV series for the upcoming third season.

Regan is the fourth actress to portray Poison Ivy on TV, following in the footsteps of Clare Foley, Maggie Geha, and Peyton List.

Poison Ivy, is set to be a recurring guest star in the show’s third season which will premier on October 12, 2021, however it is unclear if she will be the main villain.

Regan took to social media shortly after the announcement to confirm the casting news.

“This is going to be fun,” she tweeted alongside a photo of herself next to an animated version of Poison Ivy.

Regan is best known for her role as Dottie Underwood in Marvel’s ‘Agent Carter’. Some of her other credits include ‘Paradise Lost’ and ‘Grey’s Anatomy’.
