Britney Spears’ Dad Files For Conservatorship In Louisiana

Jamie Spears, father of Britney Spears, has now filed for conservatorship in Louisiana.

The Toxic singer could see her father controlling her and her finances in Britney‘s home state, Louisiana.

In legal documentation, seen by unCrazed, Jamie filed for conservatorship, asking the Louisiana judge to authorise the conservatorship which has been in place since 2008.

We are being told that he wants the “removal of the rights to care for one’s own person and affairs.” which is better known as an interdiction-curatorship.

Last month, Jamie gave notice that he planned to register the conservatorship outside of California; including the states Hawaii, Florida and Louisiana.

The Californian judge has ordered a probate court investigator to evaluate all that is involved, including Britney and Jamie, to determine if the restraints should be upheld.
