BTS Admit They Have Yet To Meet Ed Sheeran In Person

Despite collaborating with him twice on two different tracks, BTS have revealed that they have not yet met Ed Sheeran in person.

The K-pop sensations made the revelation during their two day takeover event of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

BTS sat down with host Jimmy Fallon, who asked the group about their first encounter with Ed Sheeran. Leader RM responded to Fallon saying that the group “cant believe that we haven’t met him yet.”

“And, you know, ‘Permission To Dance’ is the second project with him, but we never met him yet,” RM elaborated.

‘Permission To Dance’ the group’s latest single which released last week was co-written by Sheeran. The British songwriter also helped write the groups 2019 single ‘Make It Right’.

BTS made their debut television performance of ‘Permission to Dance’ during their appearance on the show. Later today they will also perform a special edition of their record breaking track ‘Butter’ as their two-day takeover of the show continues.
