Cardi B And Offset Announce Birth Of Their Second Child
Hip-hop couple Cardi B and Offset have announced the birth of their second child in a sweet Instagram post from the hospital.
Cardi announced the news on Monday, 6 September via a post on her Instagram showing the couple gazing into the eyes of their new-born baby.
The rapper also captioned the post “9/4/21”, with a dinosaur, blue heart and teddy bear emoji to seemingly confirm both the date of birth and sex of their second child.
In a statement to Billboard, Cardi has now confirmed that she gave birth to her son.
“We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son. He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings,” she said.
Offset also shared an image on Instagram of him himself cradling his new son, with the caption “Chapter 5”. A number of artists such as Chance The Rapper and DJ Khaled congratulated the couple in the comments.
