Channing Tatum & Jenna Dewan Agree On Child Custody Terms

Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum have now finalised an “official parenting schedule” for their daughter, Everly, who is now 6 years old.
This has come as part of their custody agreement following their official divorce in November 2019. The pair will now spilt their time with Everly “right down the middle” with joint custody, according to TMZ.com.
Jenna will have Everly Monday to Wednesday, while Channing will have the 6-year-old Wednesday through Friday, according to legal documents. The former couple will also alternate weekends with their little girl.
If either Jenna or Channing needs to make custodial schedule changes due to the rare work commitments they share, a Parenting Plan Coordinator will always be on hand.
When it comes to celebrating Everly’s birthday, unless a joint celebration is agreed upon, the pair will now “split the day”. Each parent will also now receive 10 days of “exclusive summer vacation time” and they have agreed to alternate holidays every year.
Unless approved by the other parent, neither Jenna or Channing will use their daughter in social media posts which could earn profits.
It’s clear Everly is very well-loved, and both parents are completely committed to putting their daughter first and sharing their time equally.
