Colin Farrell Is Unrecognisable In New ‘Batman’ Trailer

The new Batman trailer shows Colin Farrell completely transformed into The Penguin. 

The new Batman trailer has been released and it may be the darkest and most violent one yet.

Colin Farrell is unrecognisable as Oswald Cobblepot, a.k.a. The Penguin. His metamorphosis, perfected by prosthetics and rubber, has fans intrigued.

In the trailer, fans get two glimpses at the supervillain. The first look sees Robert Pattinson as Batman getting ready to take a swing at The Penguin, who retorts “TAKE IT EASY, SWEETHEART!”

The second moment comes near the end of the preview. Farrell is screaming and laughing in what appears to be a car chase between Oswald and the Batmobile. The villain thinks he blew up the car, until the Batmobile rises from a ball of flames.

The clip also features Zoe Kravitz as the mysterious Catwoman. The actress sports a number of wigs and is curious about the man behind the Batman mask.

The film is set to release 4 May 2022.
