‘That ‘70s Show’ Actor Danny Masterson Lawsuit Passed Onto Church Of Scientology By LA Judge

Danny Masterson civil lawsuit against him has been thrown out of court and into the hands of the Church of Scientology.

The 44-year-old That ‘70s Show actor was facing a civil lawsuit on harassment charges in a court of law until a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge passed it onto the Church of Scientology.

According to the lawsuit, “the Church’s agents stalked and intimidated them [multiple women] after they reported allegations against Masterson to police,” and although this civil case has been tossed out of court, Danny still faces a criminal lawsuit on charges of raping three women.

In response to the civil lawsuit being passed onto the Church’s decision makers, after judge Steven Kleifield explained his reasoning saying the complaints must be decided through a “religious arbitration”, Masterson’s lawyer said, “This was absolutely the correct result. We look forward to arbitrating the claims, as the Court directed,”
