Diddy Is Legally Changing His Name To ‘Love’

Diddy is changing his name after he submitted documents to a court.

The rapper filed legal documentation, seen by unCrazed, as part of a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court for a name change.

The 49-year-old wants to change his name from Sean John Combs to Sean Love Combs.

Diddy joked about changing his name in 2017 when he said ‘Brother Love’ wasn’t going to be his name change and it was more of a drunken conversation that went too far.

He even seemed offended when he was questioned about the potential name change and only wanted to be referred to as ‘Love’ and not ‘Brother Love’.

In a video published on social media, he explained that he wanted to change his name, and in a caption for the video he wrote, “I decided to change my name again! My new name is LOVE aka Brother Love. #TakeDat.”

Diddy has changed his name countless times over the years, with stage names including Puffy, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy and Diddy.
