Disney’s ‘Encanto’ Beats ‘House Of Gucci’ At The Box Office

Disney’s 60th animation hit the theatres this week and is already proving to be a commercial success.
There’s been two big releases at the theatres this week with Disney’s animation Encanto and Ridley Scott’s House Of Gucci.
Both movies were highly anticipated by their audiences, and within the first day they have made just short of $2 million at the box office.
However, it was Disney’s Encanto that took first place debuting at $1.5 million, compared to House Of Gucci’s $1.3 million.

According to Deadline, Encanto “is expected to make $35M-$40M over the next five days.”
So far, the film has scored 92% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes and is said to be “one of the best” according to critics.
