Dr. Luke To Lady Gaga: She Has “No Knowledge” Of Alleged Sexual Assault On Kesha

Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, has shown her support to Kesha, real name Kesha Sebert, in alleged sexual assault by Dr. Luke, real name Lukasz Gottwald.

Kesha has alleged she was sexually assaulted by Dr. Luke during a stay in a hotel bedroom that Dr. Luke claims she slept in a bed whilst he slept on a couch.

Lady Gaga has previously explained that she was a “survivor” of sexual assault, and said, “What we [Kesha and Lady Gaga] discussed was, what I recall was her immense sadness and depression and fear. She was visibly very different than when I had seen her before, and – but I can’t say specifically what we spoke about. I just recall it was emotional and I wanted to be there for her.” — in response to being questioned as to why she is speaking out about Kesha’s alleged assault.

Dr. Luke’s lawyer has responded to Lady Gaga’s support for Kesha by saying, “Being passionate about a topic that concerns us all is admirable. However, Lady Gaga has no knowledge of what happened on the night at issue because she was not there,”.

Continuing, “Kesha got kicked out of a party after drinking too much and vomiting. As an act of kindness, Dr. Luke offered to allow her to sleep in his hotel suite, a few blocks away… Kesha slept on the bed in the hotel suite, while Dr. Luke separately slept on the couch. Dr. Luke testified under oath that he did not have any contact with Kesha. Kesha herself admitted under oath that she has absolutely no memory of Dr. Luke even being in the hotel room,”.

The attorney supporting Dr. Luke are adamant it “did not happen” and Lady Gaga has passed her comments by saying Dr. Luke’s lawyer should be “ashamed” as she is inflicting emotional stress on a sexual assault survivor.
