Eminem’s Ex-Wife Kim Scott Hospitalised Following Suicide Attempt

Kim Scott, the ex-wife of American rapper Eminem, has been hospitalised following an apparent suicide attempt.

According to TMZ, Scott was discovered by law enforcement on July 30 at her home in Michigan. She had allegedly sustained cuts to her person and initially tried to fight off responding emergency services before being rushed to hospital.

At hospital Scott was reportedly psychologically evaluated after receiving medical treatment. She has since returned home to recuperate.

Eminem, whose legal name is Marshall Bruce Mathers, was married to Scott in 1999. The pair were high school sweethearts and share a daughter together, Hailie Jade. They divorced in 2001 but remarried in January of 2006. They divorced again in April of the same year.
