Evan Rachel Wood Wants Marilyn Manson Video Removed From YouTube

Evan Rachel Wood has shared a petition calling for the removal of a Marilyn Manson music video from YouTube.
On Wednesday, March 16, Wood shared a petition calling for the removal of Manson’s music video for 2007 single Heart-Shaped Glasses (When The Heart Guides The Hand) from YouTube on her Instagram story.
In her new documentary Phoenix Rising, which was released on Tuesday, the actress accused her former partner Manson of “essentially raping” her on the set of the music video.
The creator of the petition Victoria Ambrose argues that the video “should not still be allowed on YouTube, or circulating anywhere for that matter” as it allegedly depicts Manson penetrating Wood without her consent.
In a statement released to The Daily Mail, YouTube spokesperson Jack Malon said the platform was “monitoring the situation closely and will take appropriate action if we determine there is a breach of our creator responsibility guidelines.”
At the time of writing, the music video for Heart-Shaped Glasses is still available on to watch on YouTube.
