Jason Miller has been charged with felony domestic violence following an alleged assault against his girlfriend.

The former MMA and UFC fighter was arrested last Friday after police were called to an address in San Fernando Valley, California. The call came around 3am from a woman in audible distress.

She was later found to have injuries inflicted to her face and neck.

Miller was also charged with resisting arrest, after reportedly barricading himself inside a bathroom. Police were then forced to knock down the door to reach Miller – who allegedly continued to resist and was subsequently tased.

According to TMZ, the LA County District Attorney found that Miller “willfully inflicted corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition” to his partner.

His bail was set at an astounding $1.385 million. If convicted, he could face several years in prison.

This not Miller’s first run-in with the law. Only months ago, the 40-year-old fighter plead guilty to a charge of vandalism.

He was also convicted of another domestic violence charge in 2017.
