Grimes pranked the paparazzi after her split from Elon Musk.
The singer took to her socials to explain why she decided to troll the paparazzi – in an unusual but innovative way.
She was spotted reading a copy of Karl Marx‘ Communist Manifesto after her split from Musk, one of the world’s richest men.
Grimes was photographed dressed in a stylish brown outfit, reading a copy of the 1848 anti-capitalism manifesto.
She has revealed that the book was nothing more than a ploy to trick the media into putting “Elon Musk” and “Karl Marx” in the same headline.

She also took to Instagram to reveal that she felt “stressed” after the press kept following her around.

She also shares that she is still living with Musk.
“Full disclosure I’m still living with e and I am not a communist (although there are some very smart ideas in this book” the singer notes, before stating that her “opinions on politics are difficult to describe because the political systems that inspire me the most have not yet been implemented.”
“Anyway if paparazzi keep chasing me perhaps I will try to think of more ways to meme,” the post concludes.
