Jamie-Lynn Spears Is Releasing A Memoir
Britney Spears sister and former Nickelodeon star Jamie-Lynn Spears is releasing a memoir, Things I Should Have Said.
The book is set to discuss Jamie’s time as a child star, as well as her daughter Maddie’s near fatal accident in 2017 when her ATV flipped into a pond.
There has been no information regarding if the memoir will discuss Britney at all.
The book’s working title I Must Confess was met with a lot of controversy due to Jamie’s drama involving her sister Britney.
After Page Six reported in July that Jamie-Lynn had planned to pay homage to the pop star with the name of her then-unannounced memoir, her publisher promptly attempted to save face.
“We deeply regret that incorrect and incomplete information about her book has appeared in the public space, particularly at this sensitive time for Jamie-Lynn and her family,” Worthy Publishing said in a statement on Instagram at the time, adding that the “as-yet-untitled memoir” was “still in development.”
The book will be released in January 2022.
