Jason Statham Cast In Miramax Thriller ‘The Bee Keeper’

Jason Statham joins new Miramax thriller ‘The Bee Keeper‘, written by Kurt Wimmer.

Deadline reports that ‘The Bee Keeper‘ will be a fast-paced thriller, deeply rooted in the mythology of Bee Keeping.

A director for the new feature is yet to be announced, however production will reportedly begin September 2022 in London and Atlanta.

Miramax CEO and producer, Bill Block, said: “The Bee Keeper explores universal themes with an unconventional story that will have fans sitting on the edge of their seats. We’re excited to bring another iconic and irresistible film to audiences around the globe.”

This is not the first Miramax project which has featured Statham. The 54-year-old British actor starred in Guy Ritchie’s heist thriller ‘Wrath of Man‘ – a Miramax production which debuted in April. He will also appear in Ritchie’s next Miramax collaboration, ‘Five Eyes‘, set for release in early 2022.
