Jeffree Star Puts House Up For Sale And Addresses Mental Health

Jeffree Star reveals that he is moving away from California and is seeking therapy for his mental health struggles.

In a new YouTube video, Star reveals that he is selling his huge estate in Hidden Hills, which features eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

The property also includes a garage to hold his impressive car collection of Lamborghinis, Aston Martins and Bentleys.

E! News confirms he listed the mansion for $20 million.

“It’s time to address my mental health and be very transparent,” he writes in YouTube caption, “I’ve had so many silent personal struggles, public feuds and ALOT of mental trauma. Caused by ME, my past actions and people from my past. I’ve had TOO MUCH loss and have been slowly healing.”

He explains he is now seeking therapy for the first time since high school.

The makeup mogul has been involved in a range of public drama including rumours of an affair with Kanye West and scandals within the beauty community. He also survived a car car, suffered the loss of two beloved dogs, and broke up with partner Nathan Schwandt. He adds “If you don’t deal with your demons, they’re going to eat you alive.”

Covid-19 has enabled him to self-reflect and he is making his second home in Wyoming his main residence.

It is clear the star wants to move away from drama.

Star says “it’s time to move on and it’s time to grow and I don’t think I can do it here.”
